Wrist stretching is crucial for the true groundwork trickster, who incorporates clever ground moves (handsprings, valdes, roundoffs, scoots, etc.) into their combos. It greatly reduces wrist pains that I've been hearing so much about lately, and also stretches your forearms as an added bonus.

Start off by putitng your hands on the ground with your fingers pointing forward. Lean over your hands, and work into the stretch slowly.

Now point your hands toward your knees and lean back on them. You'll feel your inner forearms being stressed on this one.

Now flip your hands on their backsides, and lean on them. Be careful not to put too much pressure on them. Feel it out, and work it into that mild stress point.
