A second stretch for your Tricep!

Start by reaching over your shoulder and positioning your fingers so that they touch your shoulder blade. If you are stretching your right tricep, be sure to reach over your right shoulder.

Now bring your other arm above your head and place your palm on your elbow. Now press down gently on the elbow while reaching towards your lower back.
