Quadraceps stretch

locate your quad... then stretch it!

Stand upright on your left leg only. Bend the right one at the knee and grab the top of your foot behind your butt. Pull your heel to your butt and work it inward until you feel the stretch.

If you need to continue pulling your foot in to feel the stretch, pull your foot to the OUTSIDE of your hip.

NOTE: Do NOT lie on your back with your leg bent underneath your hips. This is devastating to your knees, and those are important to you, I'm sure.
