Calf and Achilles

SAVE YOUR ACHILLES!! PLEASE!!

Starting off with your calves, assume the "bear crawl" position, on your hands and feet. Lift one leg up and rest it on the calf of your grounded leg.

To more emphasize the stretch, force the heel of your grounded leg downward. If this is not enough for you, lean your shoulders forward slowly while still keeping the heel on the ground. Repeat for both legs.

Now find a wall, tree, stop sign, or any other sturdy, vertically positioned object and approach it. Proceed to place your toes and the ball of your foot on the low corner of the object. Hug the wall, and gently force your heel to the ground.

Now hug the wall, and thank whatever dieties have favored you on this glorious day. YOUR ACHILLES ARE SAFER FROM HARM!!
