Start in the traditional push up position and lower your hips to the floor. Turn your fingers to point away from each other, rather than pointing straight forward. (not depicted)

Continue to suck in tiny amounts of air and swallowing them in order to further fill your lung capacity, completely. Now tilt your head back and feel your chest expand, thus giving you a highly superior pull on the abs. Let out your breath in a slow and steady stream. Repeat as necessary.
