    Default BBoy workout

Hey everybody, I'm a bboy. I want to work out while simultaneously getting better at bboying. I was thinking how great it would be to kill 2 birds with one stone and do both at the same time. So far, I've only thought of 2 exercises, footwork/downrocks for cardio, and turtle freeze to handstand and back down repeatedly. Do you guys have any ideas on any other exercises I could do that involve bboying skills? I figure this would be a better place to ask since the knowledge level here about fitness and exercise seems to be higher than on your average bboying forum. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

Most bboy skills are an awesome workout in their own right.

Honestly, I would just keep training and acquiring newer more difficult moves.
If I were to recommend any actual 'conditioning' it would just be lots of handstand/rope/ring work and sprints on the side.

^ agree with all of that.

for arms, try going from headstand, up to handstand, back to a stabbed freeze, back to headstand, etc. in fact, almost any triple-sequence blowup is great for conditioning and improving balance/blowups. if you do a bunch of basic blowups, (i.e. stab -> forearm -> head -> stab -> shoulder -> forearm etc.) and hold each for 5 seconds or so, that'll also help a lot.

if you want to focus specifically on your core, try sitting down, and keeping your legs straight, lift yourself off the ground using your hands. if you get really comfortable with this, try sliding your legs between your arms in a straddle planche. this way, you can also gradually learn how to planche :D hold each for 5~10 seconds and then swing your legs through, hold for 5~10 seconds, etc.
+ if you get good enough at it, practice doing that into a handstand press, then go back down.

for power, if you can do powermoves really slowly, they'll greatly improve your technique and give you a pretty decent (really decent) workout. combining powermoves with blowups is also GREAT (flare, mill, stab, forearm, stab, flare, mill, etc.)
